Eugena Kent

December 87 I left for Wyoming and many places after that. Traveled the PNW and adjacent states for about a year looking for my Dad. Dad was ill when I found him and we lost him in 1994 to AIDS. Put together a rock band after drug rehab in 92 and played locally for about 5 years. Brother Joseph Kent played drums.I play Bass and sing back-up. Had a few great Loves over the years. I'm in a great relationship now with a kind and gentle woman. Worked as a Special Inspector, Construction from 96-2003, but it didn't feed my soul. Traveled the US some more from 2005 to 2007 with stops back in Seattle. Moved to Eugene OR in July of 2008. I'm back on the Music scene doing stage and sound work with my Lady Dett and her hubby Dana. We juggle two kids, three music careers, 3 cats, and a dog. It's a full and happy life :) I write poetry, sculpt, paint, and play three instruments. My life is a vivid tapestry, and I have been blessed endlessly over the years. I remember my time at Shorecrest being pretty bumpy..we had been shipped in from Shoreline after they closed it..we were all thrown off and not real happy about it. I spent a lot of time off campass doing things teenagers did back then, MTV , Pot, and beer. Lost interest in athletics because I lost eligibility due to an injury and a family issue..wish someone would've seen the potential through the rage. But I was a tough case. Thanks to Rick Reid who ,for a moment, saw me for who I was destined to be. And I remember Al Johston..who always had an ear, and always had something for me to ponder.
