Roger Newell

I graduated from the U of W with a degree in architecture then served in the Army National Guard 1965-1971 in Texas and Arizona. I established my architectural practice in 1971 specializing in residential and commercial projects with numerous buildings completed in West Seattle. Since 1975 I have been developing and building residential projects in the Seattle area. I continue to practice architecture, develop new projects and manage rental buildings. I have expanded my art work creating note cards from architectural sketches done while visiting Europe with my wife Nancy. My hobbies include sailing, golf, skiing, fishing and playing volleyball for Outback Steakhouse, one of the top nationally ranked senior men's teams in the US. My wife Nancy and I enjoy time with our grandkids Kaya, 9 and Gavin, 6 and relax often at our Scottsdale condominium.
