What Words Of Wisdom Would You Give The 2011 East High School Graduating Class ?

My advice to the 2020 East High graduating class, which will include my Grandson Jesus Calderon, is, first, forgive our generation and the next younger one for setting your entire planet on a potentially irreversible path to destruction by our addiction to carbon based fuels to satisfy our every want and need. PLEASE get off of carbon, go clean energy, try to save yourselves from what we have done. Plant more trees.

BTW, try to be more social and loving and not as hateful as the older generations have been. For example, don't kill people just because they are different or because they have something you want. WAR is not mandatory.

OKay Jim, do not go to HRC campaign HQ and work the phones today. just go smell some flowers, or listen to some 50s music, or re-read a favorite book that you read years ago, or rent and watch that favorite movie from years ago, .....or take a nap whenever you want to, but somehow, anyhow, have a HAPPY DAY ON YOUR BIRTHDAY young fella
