Dorothy M. Davis, 51, of Bangor, died February 3, 2016, at Gundersen Health System, La Crosse, surrounded by her loved ones.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, February 8, at New Life Assembly Church, Sparta, with Rev. Randy Williamson officiating.
Family and friends are invited to call at New Life Assembly Church on Sunday, from 5-8 p.m. Visitation will continue on Monday, at the church, from 10 a.m. until the time of services.
The Lanham-Schanhofer Funeral Home, Sparta, is assisting the family with arrangements.
