WOW!!! How the time flies, 30 years already? Man am I getting old.
I joined the Army in June 1984, Went to WWTC in 1990's and got an Associate Degree in Computer Programming. Went to Dessert Storm and was in Afghanistan too. Left the Army in 2004 after 20 years, and then in 2002 was married, and in 2004 Robbie was born (My gift from God). I love being a father. and in 2006 I went back to Western Tech College to pursue an Associate Degree in the IT field as a Computer Support Specialist, I graduated in May 2009, and have been on the President's list for all three years with a 3.75/4.0 GPA, alot better grades than in High school. I attended Colorado Technical University online for my B.S. in Information Technology.
I graduated May 15, 2009 and on May 7, 2009 I accepted a position as a Database Admin with IBM in Dubuque, IA. I will start on June 1, 2009.
In 2010 I was diagnosed with Parkinsons, it has affected by speech and the way I walk and I have tremors in my left hand. On July 14, 2013 I lost my job with IBM due to handicap. And moved
back to Sparta on Aug 1, 2013 to be closer to my son.
I still live in Sparta as of 2019 and the update on this profile. Robbie is in 8th grade and will be in 9th grade in high school in the fall of 2019. They grow up way too fast.
