Today, June 8, 2014 I heard from Ken Spence, "Just a thought on that float picture.  Not shown is Joyce Harvey.  I suspect she is bending over to tie her shoe, or she ran into the PO to mail a letter or was avoiding being seen next to me.  The latter most likely.  J  Of course, she could have asked you to edit her out of the shot, too."
