Mike passed away January 2003. This is his brother, Rob, putting in this information.
After graduation from FZS, Mike moved with our parents to Friendswood, Texas - near Houston - in October, 1998. Mike never got his drivers's license, but was quite content to catch a ride with friends or just ride along with Mom and Dad. He atteneded and graduated from Alvin Community College in Alvin, TX, and was working at NASA (he was very fond of saying that...although it was at the NASA visitor center - they lived right down the road from Johnson Space Center.). He was very involved in his church and was taking an interest in audio production.
Mike, Mom and Dad had been up in St. Louis for Christmas and returned to Texas just after New Years 2003. Dad went in to wake Mike up to go meet Mom for lunch on January 4, and Mike did not respond. He had passed away in his sleep from what was later determined to be a massive seizure.
We brought him back to Missouri to be buried in the Mt. Zion Cemetery, just south of Mexico Road on Highway K in O'fallon.
