Charlotte was born February 17, 1940 in Tiffin, OH.  She made her home in Clyde, OH.  Charlotte was married and divorced and was the mother of two sons, William Albert McEwen of Clyde and Aaron T. Wilber of Tiffin and grandmother of 6.   She died at age 61 in the ER of Bellevue Hospital, Bellevue, OH on October 7, 2001.
