Diana Kay Pauly

Salina – Diana Kay Pauly, 46, Salina, formerly of Topeka, died Friday, June 26, 1992, at a Salina hospital.

She was a kindergarten teacher for 20 years, having taught at North Fairview Elementary School in Topeka and Sunset School in Salina.

She was born May 30, 1946, in Topeka, the daughter of Kendall E. and Betty L. Clark Price.  She moved to Salina from Topeka in 1978.

Mrs. Pauly was a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church, Lutheran Women’s Missionary League, Washburn University Alumni Association, Kansas State University Alumni Association, English Curriculum Committee of Salina Unified School District 305, Early Childhood Association and Salina South Swim Team Parent Association.  She was director of the Vacation Bible School at her church, an English as a second language tutor for summer school, and president-elect of the Salina South High School Parent-Teacher Association.

She was married to Gerald W. Pauly.  He survives.

Other survivors include: her mother, Betty L. Price, Topeka; a son, Brenton R. Moses, of the home; two daughters, Leslie Kay Moses and Christine Lee Moses, both of the home; two brother, Ron Price and John Price, both of Topeka; and a sister, Marcia Williams, Topeka.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Christ the King Lutheran Church.  Burial will be in the Gypsum Hill Cemetery in Salina.  Visitation will be after 5 p.m. today at Ryan Mortuary.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Moses Children Education Fund or the American Diabetes Association.
