Glen D. Knight

Glen D. Knight, 46, Fairburn, Ga., formerly of Topeka, died Tuesday, June 8, 1993, at an East Point, Ga., hospital after he suffered a stroke.

Mr. Knight was a customer service agent for Delta Airlines.  He also had worked in Topeka.  He was a veteran.

He was born Dec. 17, 1946, at Shawnee, Kan., the son of Thomas J. and Dorothy J. Crith Knight.

Mr. Knight was a member of the Fellowship of Faith Church International in East Point.

His widow, Berna Dean Abrahams Knight, survives.  Other survivors include three daughters, Charnae Knight, Elaine Swain, and Teresa Knight, all of the home; a son, Christopher Knight, at home; his father, Thomas J. Knight, Topeka; a sister, Tamara Knight, address unavailable; a brother, Marcus Knight, address unavailable; and three grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Fellowship of Faith Church International at East Point, Ga.  Burial will be in Bethel Hill Baptist Church Cemetery at McKenley, Ala.  Mr. Knight will lie in state from 8 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.  Family and friends are asked to assemble at 9 a.m. Saturday at the home.  Condolences may be sent to Gus Thornhill’s Funeral Home, 1315 Hendrix, East Point, Ga., 30344.
