Thank You Valerie Keelin,

Clarence (Skeeter) was one of my favorite schoolmates starting Parkdale Grade School, East Topeka Jr. High and especially Topeka High as a fellow team mate on the Wrestling Team.  Skeeter was one of our Star members that we could count on for Victory. He was a Warm & Personable person that made my THS experience that much more enjoyable.  GOD BLESS & RIP my Friend!
