Obituary for Roger Dale Jennings

Roger Dale Jennings, 69, Topeka, passed away December 11, 2015 at St. Francis Hospital.

Roger was born April 23, 1946, to Raymond and Gwendolyn Courtner Jennings in Topeka KS. He graduated from Topeka High School in 1965. Roger married Rosemary Fagan at Holy Name Catholic Church in 1972. He retired from Adams Business Forms. Roger served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War.

Roger is survived by sons, Corey Jennings (Cissy) of Blair NE, Colby Jennings of Overland Park KS; grandsons, Drew, Edward, and Parker. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, sister, Nancy, and son, Kelly.

Visitation will be 5-7 pm Thursday, December 17 at Kevin Brennan Family Funeral Home, 2801 SW Urish Road, Topeka KS 66614, where a parish rosary will be prayed at 5 p.m.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 a.m. Friday, December 18 at Most Pure Heart of Mary Church, 1800 SW Stone Avenue, Topeka KS 66604. Burial to follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be sent to Midland Care Hospice or the Capper Foundation, sent in care of the funeral home.
