Betty Francis Flemming

For most of my four years at Troy HIgh in HR 311 I sat across from Sanford Finkel and Arthur Finkle!  It was an experience.  I could always start my day with a chuckle (and sometimes a reprimand from our HR teacher.....we had three different ones in the four years.  Sanford was a kind, fun loving and friendly person.  There was a song out at that time called "Norman"  and when I found out it was Sanford's middle name, I would regularly sing....and I use the term sing loosly....that to him.  One of my regrets is that I never made it to one of the class reunions to sing it to him once more!!!  Flights of Angels Sanford.
