Brenda Ann Edney, 71 of Bella Vista Arkansas
died on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 in
Junction City, Kansas at a relatives home. A
Memorial service will be held at the Lake-
wood Oaks Golf Club, 651 Northeast Andrews
Street, Lee Summit, Missouri, 64064 at
6:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 1, 2011.
Brenda was born on September 7, 1940
in Houston, Texas. She is survived by her
husband of forty seven years Robert Edney,
brother Robert Clifford Burton of Overland
Park, Kansas, and her sister Bobbi Jean
Williams (John) of Lee Summit, her daughter
Michelle Dulohery (Shawn) of Foristell, Missouri,
three grand children: Chad Mixon, United States
Army SPC Brandonn Mixion, and granddaughter
Hayley Broadwater, and step granddaughter
Halery Dulohery, and numerous nieces and
nephews. She was preceded in death by
her parents Robert and Majorier Burton,
and her son Brad Broadwater. The family
requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be
made to: The L-Vad Cardio Vascular Unit-(In
memory of Brenda Edney), Itegris Memorial
Hospital, 3300 Northwest Expressway,
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73112-6100. She
will be missed by all of those that knew
her. Rest in Peace Brenda. Your spirit
will remain in our hearts always.

Brenda, you have been missed so much.   You always were a bright spot, full of fun, a good friend and one of the bravest people I have known.   Our trips with some of the Rogers girls were so much fun and you were one of the main reasons why.     Janice
