Andy and I were married in 1991. We managed and operated a Dairy Farm in Turner for about 5 years. During which time Emily and Jared were born. A family illness encouraged us to pursue other income options. Andy attended LBCC and earned an AAS Degree in Diesel Mechanics. In 1998, our third child Seth was born. We ended up moving to our current 12 acre home outside of Turner. Around 1999 I attended LBCC and obtained my Legal Assistant AAS Degree. I am working part time for a local attorney.

Our children attend schools in the Cascade School District. They are all very involved in athletics. Our daughter Emily has run Cross Country all three years in high school and has had the honor of running at State each year. She also plays varsity basketball and enjoys track. Our son Jared is excited to play quarter back on the Cascade football team and has a great time dribbling up and down the basketball court. Seth had the privilege of playing tackle football this year and loves to hit his opponents. Wrestling and baseball are Seth’s passions as well. All this fun ends up being a lot of running around but it is worth it.

I remember Jill and I staying up all night to finish our notebooks in Hogan's class for the Shakespear assignment. It was fun to pull an all nighter and get four weeks of work done in one night. I would have given up if it wasnt for Jill. I also remember helping Jill study for Deedons class final. She was really having a hard time focusing on the task (sorry Jill). But it payed off for me- I got the highest grade of all the Seniors taking that class that term. Deedon gave me extra credit if I could guess what grade I earned. I ended up with more points then were available. Eric Dalke (I think it was Eric) was so mad that I got a better grade then he did.

I used to have a great memory but now I would have to really focus to tell you what I had for breakfast! In that moment I feel ancient. Otherwise twenty-something

Just having a great family with my kids and Andy. Andy and I being married for 18 years come this March and I am still in love with him. That is pretty amazing.

Costa Rica baby!

I enjoy running and participating in local 5 k races. It has been great to go and run with my daughter, Emily. She runs cross country for Cascade. I had the priviledge of going on some over night meets with her and the team. It is really great that she lets me participate in her life that way. Not sure many 16 year old would want their mom running with them and their friends. Our family loves to go camping in the summer. I think some our best times were around a camp fire or hiking with our dogs tagging along with us.
