Raymond Leigh

I've pretty much lived in Tuscaloosa all my life. I wish I could say that I've been a kept sex slave by my dominatrix wife since 1969 but my story isn't nearly that exciting. While my wife, Candace, is wonderful, that's not our story. Rather, after highschool I got a Marketing degree from the University of Alabama and started in a Sales job but realized soon I didn't like it. Then I came back to the University and got an Accounting major and have been working in Accounting ever since. I got certified at a CPA firm in Birmingham and then started working for Gulf States Paper Corp in Tuscaloosa. I worked for Gulf States for 24 years until they sold most of their assets to Rock Tenn, an Atlanta company. I worked for Rock Tenn for 6 months until they insisted I move to Atlanta. Since then I've been working for Pateholdings in Tuscaloosa.

I've got so many great memories from highschool that it's hard to list them:

1) Going hunting with Tyler Phifer and Bob Nelson

2) Triple dating with George Swail in his Charger to Junior Senior Prom

3) the boat trip through the locks with Tyler Phifer, Bob Nelson, Pat Smith, Peyton Cochrane, George Swail, etc.

4) Hanging out at night in the neighborhood with all my neighborhood (& highschool classmate) friends (ie Pat Smith, Tyler Phifer, Bob Robertson, George Swail, Charles Hoosier, Jackie Sullivan, etc.)

4) Riding (with Donald Porch) to Panama City for a beach vacation in aluminum folding chairs in the back of Ronnie Quarles' pickup. (PS, the totally cool guys were in the cab).
