Been to four countries around the world and 18 different states. Learning how to ride a motorcycle, active in my local Lions Club and the Sierra Club. (an environmental group) Really active in the Michigan Democratic Party and my labor union, United Food and Commercial Workers local 876. Been in and out of love a few times, no wife or kids yet but still looking. Love going on cruise's, so much fun. Other fun things that I have done since graduation, as a firefighter, I have rappelled down the side of a seven story building to do a rescue, I have also carried a three hundred pound firefighter, wearing about 100 pounds of equipment, down a ladder, from a third story window. Nearly killed me to do it, but I did it. I also have a great love of rappelling, rockwall climbing and caving. I have gone caving under the Appalchian Mountains in Kentucky. I also have a great love of politics that put value on people first policies, I was active in the campaigns to elect Presidents Clinton and Obama and to try and elect Vice President Gore and Sen. Kerry. Also when I was at Saint Mary's College persuing my first Bachelor's degree, I worked for a little while at a soup kitchen and homeless shelter in Chicago as a community organizer as part of President Clintons Americorp program. This was a foundation in my belief that "we are my brother's and sister's keeper" and launched my dream to go into the ems/fire service.
