Tanya Hereda Miksch

Don and I dated through college and married in 1996. Our daughter Jordan was born in 1999 and our son Brandon was born in 2002. I am working three days a week for Wadsworth Pediatrics and I am also an Executive Director for a Foundation on my days off. Both jobs allow me to spend time with the kids and be involved with everything that they do!!!

2010 was very busy for us! Jordan keeps us busy with her activities. She plays soccer and is a cheerleader. That makes for a very busy fall season. We will be starting indoor season in the next few days. She is always off and running with her friends.

Brandon keeps us busy with baseball and basketball. Don and I usually see each other about 8:30 every night. We love being so busy with the kids we would not change it for the world!

We also walked in the JDRF walk this year to help raise money for Juvenile Diabetes. We are hoping everyday for a cure for Brandon. He is an amazing little boy and has learned to do his own insulin shots in the past few months! We are hoping that 2011 will be the year he is able to get an insulin pump and make his life even more normal.

We were sad to miss the reunion, but a family vacation was much needed. I heard it was a fabulous night!!!!
