Fred Mason
When you’re 18, you worry about what everybody is thinking of you; when you’re 40, you don’t give a darn what anybody thinks of you; when you’re 60, you realize nobody’s been thinking about you at all.
– Dr. Daniel Amen
Lets start by saying, there were good things and not so good things about high school. Hopefully 45 years later, perspective has been achieved and we have realized that our time in high school was a tiny little blip in our lives. Life has brought us ups and downs, good times and bad, and forgiveness for past hurts and gratitude for the good things in our lives.
Let's celebrate the fact that we are all still standing on this earth and that we have moved from teens to young adults, to parenthood for some and grandparents for others. We’ve been employed, and some have even retired. The road hasn’t been straight or easy for any of us.
Life is short and we never know when our time here will be over. Come, reconnect and celebrate achieving a new period in our lives. We are seniors! Not seniors in high school but seniors in life!
