Since graduating from Pentucket Regional in 1965, I studied Equine Management at Porlock Vale College in Somerset, England and taught in Kent for 3 years. I returned to the states and worked in the horse industry for 25 years in Boston and Virginia where I co-founded the Virginia Regional Therapeutic Riding Center. My other career paths include Superintendent of Recreation for Fauquier County Parks and Recreation Department in Warrenton, Virginia for 10 years. And then...a sabbatical to live on a sailboat for 9 years and cruise the eastern seaboard, the Bahamas and Cuba ending up in Stuart, Florida where I currently live. My next position was as the CEO of The Jensen Beach Chamber of Commerce in Jensen Beach, Florida, a quaint riverside town. Currently, I am a senior Advertising Consultant for the Hometown News, the number 1 Community Newspaper for 3 years in a row in Fort Pierce, Florida. In my spare time I fly with my boyfriend Cal Seibert, pilot for Skydive Sebastian, Florida and Skydive Jamaica. My daughter, Jessica Alton lives in Jensen Beach and has her Masters in Education and is doing Great things for those in need!
