I have been lucky enough, as a social worker to learn about all kinds of things about how other people live. I have used my experiences and education to guide me in helping to make people feel better. I am a medical social worker now working out of my house for a health insurance company.
School Story:
OMG...Most of my school story happened out of school.
I remember having a great time at Grad Night and at party we had after graduation.
It was really hard to stay at school in the morning with certain individuals tempting me with the beach. It was always so beautiful in the mornings.
Mr. Mitchell busting me for signing my mom's name on a note about being absent and being so slick about it. He just said, "we won't tell your parents about this one".
I remember how amazed I was when I heard one of my friends was not going to walk with the class because she failed ONE test and how I wished I could trade places with her because I did so many things wrong and she never even skipped one day of school. I wonder where she is now.
One of our teachers...can't remember her name...went around the room shortly before we graduated and asked everyone what they wanted to be when they grew up. I said "a child psychologist". I switched to social worker but i made it!
