Julia Kay Meyer, 70, passed away on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at home in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born in Atwood, Kansas to the late DeWayne Gosney and Betty McDoutle.

Julia drove semi-truck for 38 years, driving for Honda for 21 years. She married Robert "Bob" Meyer on July 23, 1997 and he survives. Julia was a faithful member of Heartland Church. She enjoyed riding motorcycles, gardening, and going to church. Surviving are her son, Roy Gordon; step-children, Sam (Erin) Meyer, and Ben (Crystal Glaza) Gabet; siblings, Paul (Joanne) Scoby, David (Pauline) Scoby, and Marcia (Ed) Lutz; four grandchildren; and her beloved dogs, Lady and Sophie. Julia was also preceded in death by her son, Doug Gordon; and two brothers.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date at Heartland Church in Fort Wayne.
