Graduated from East Texas Baptist College in 1977, coached for 23 years, surrendered to the ministry in 1996, have been leading worship for the last 10 years in Central Texas, and just recently returned to Tyler after retiring from 29 years of teaching.
School Story:
I remember when Dennis Miller and I got licks from Mr. Brown because we were playing the Fight Song in class with a wax Halloween whistle.
Also, I remember CT McReynolds flying across the ice covered parking lot in his old purple car before basketball practice.
I remember Coach Wills and Coach Maynard hiding in the locker room to catch guys coming in late and then giving them licks.
