Mary Sue Rutz Buxmann

I was a stay at home mom for many years. Worked at different jobs and eventually went to work for the school district. When I was 40 got my cosmetology license and have since retired. Love going to my grandkids events and volunteering.

I remember singing carols in the hallway of Park School around Christmas trees every morning during the season of Christmas. Two hugh trees stood in the middle of the hallway and to me they looked like they were 100 feet tall. They were beautiful. Mrs Phillips was quite a tyrant. All the school practically would be in the choir and wear the white robes and hold a red candle on the stage upstairs in the auditorium and sing for our parents. What fun memories came from that building which I still see everyday from the front of my house.
