John Charles Guyot, 62, of Chagrin Falls, Ohio passed away on January 17, 2015 at Hospice of the Western Reserve in Cleveland. Born in Chicago and raised in Winnetka, John attended New Trier High School and graduated from Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio with a degree in Theatre. His professional career was spent at Medquest Communications as Publisher and Sales Manager. His love of theatre continued through his active participation and leadership at The Hermit Club in Cleveland, the nation's oldest continuously operating private club devoted to amateur performing arts. John is survived by his wife Barbara; two children Grace and David; mother Suzanne F. Guyot of Winnetka; sister Suzy (Tom) Lyman of Winnetka; nieces and nephews Maddie, Kate, Johnny, and Charlie (Kristi) Hilbrant. He was predeceased by his father Charles A. Guyot Jr. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 31st at The Federated Church in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
