After many years @ Wolfeboro Inn Kitchen . I entered into the Hotel & Restaurant Industry..I worked in Nantucket for several seasons then headed to Boston. I spent 4years@Top of the Hub then@Ritz-Carlton Hotel for 5years. I married my wife Janet who at the time was in the industry as well.. We then moved to Falmouth{Cape Cod} Where we have been for 20 years . I've worked for Country Clubs and Restaurants and do Private Catering as well,,, I currently am a chef with a catering company called Eat Your Heart Out located here in Falmouth the owner and I have been long time friends , I also work for the New England Patriots during the N.F.L. season this is my 2nd year with them and it is fun(doing v.i.p./pregame banquets etc) Well it was great to hear about this site and find it..GO PATRIOTS!!
