Hey all -- looking forward to seeing everyone soon. Tough to sum up twenty years but here it goes: Went to Ohio State; enjoyed Columbus; worked in the Ohio Senate; worked for US Senator Glenn; and then arrived in Cleveland in 1998. I ran a regional trade association representing/lobbying for the home building/land development industry for nine years until earlier this year. Our concern was predominately suburban and I became disinterested (good timing with the housing market) so I decided to follow my passion of urban redevelopment. I now run a community development corporation that revitalizes the historic Ohio City neighborhood in Cleveland. Married my lovely wife Kathy in 2003 and enjoy life in the heart of Cleveland (it’s not as bad as the press indicates) with our crazy dog Zoey.

I’m sure every near forty-year old (we are all too close to forty) has fond memories and endearment for where they grew up and went to school but I believe that our city and our class is truly unique. Those were some fun years – the fragmented brain cells make it difficult to recall details. I foresee a lot of remembrance on July 18/19.
