Currently working in the training unit at JNBS. lectured at EXED 2000-2006. Did work in the hospitality industry for all who know me.

It is so strange to read of all the persons who felt that lunch trips to Zion was the best. There is nothing wrong, it is just I did not realise that so many persons went by Linda's fi hot bread and butter/cheese. No wonder she built that penthouse. I think I went there twice. After saying all of that, De hot bread di nice.

I wonder if the young ones are experiencing this. I also wonder how much of this Mrs. Lee knew. That must have been a nightmare for her. We should now be thankful by the many stories of her giving persons a second chance.

All of us, who worked or are working in the education system, anywhere, should now fully realise the grey areas involved in education and the fact that we have someone future in our hands.

My favorite memory as a student was cookery classes with Miss Thomas and her screams as she gave instructions. These became real when I taught at the college level. There are many girls who will be useless to their husbands and family when they get married because their mother did not pass on the tradition of cooking.
