ClassCreator and our web site
are experiencing some growing pains
Some necessary changes involving how Classmates upload images to Class Creator are underway. ClassCreator has temporarily suspended Classmates' ability to upload images until these changes are complete, as photo uploads were causing I/O errors that were causing the entire system to "hang" during peak usage hours (unfortunately this I/O issue caught ClassCreator a little by surprise).
We will be working as rapidly as possible to complete these improvements and restore your Classmates' ability to upload images.
An I/O error can happen when too many people try to perform read/write operations on a web site at the same time. There are various hardware and software solutions available when this happens. In our case, ClassCreator allows people to upload oversized images (super sized digital photos or oversized image scans) to the system. This takes significant processing resources (only to have those images resized and recompressed by their system after upload anyway). With images in the system now numbering in the millions, and thousands of additional images being uploaded daily, they can no longer allow supersized images to be uploaded to the system.
THE SOLUTION: ClassCreator is working on a new image system called postlet, which will resize your images on your own computers, and then upload only the resulting smaller, compressed image to the server. Not only will this reduce demand on the system considerably, it will also allow you to upload images far faster. If you have ever uploaded images to eBay before, ClassCretor's new postlet system is similar to theirs in how it resizes images prior to upload.
As ClassCreator has grown they have hit some "bumps in the road" before. And well, here's another one. Please know that when issues like this surface, ClassCreator's team will be working non stop until a solution has been implemented. Thank you for your patience while this issue is addressed.
Some, not all, classmates have been experiencing trouble while emailing through our web site... know that ClassCreator is aware of this situation and is also working to resolve it.
Thanks for your patience and understanding ~Raquel

Missing Classmates: While we have had success in contacting many, we have not with others. We will continue to contact classmates we may not have contacted before the 20 year reunion.
Please help us and read through the names of those people listed. Maybe you know how to contact one of them, if this is the case, and you do not feel comfortable contacting them, please email us with the information and someone on the reunion committee will pursue it. Maybe you know a parent, a sibling, or even a grandparent of someone, who could contact and direct them to our web site.We want everyone to have the opportunity to receive class information.
Please continue to update your profile. It helps to keep our data base up to date and makes it much easier to find you and get you information for any upcoming reunions, parties and general announcements. Thanks for all of your help!
