Shawn Collins April 24, 1969-July 13, 2012
Resided in Chesapeake, VA
 Shawn Collins, 43, passed away on July 13, 2012. Born in Euclid, OH, Shawn was a freelance I.T. consultant.
He loved NASCAR, being outdoors in his yard, country music, making people laugh and above all Budweiser.
Shawn is survived by his wife, Tamara; four sons, Nolan and Connor Collins, Austin and Ryan Temple; mother, Catherine Collins; sister, Kelly Davis; two brothers, Philip and Daniel Collins; niece, Melissa Collins; and nephew, Blake Collins.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel where the family will greet friends starting at 6:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com.

I grew up with Shawn on Ohio Street. His family was the first house in that whole development and ours was the 3rd. Our families celebrated Independence Day together often. He was such a fun person and never had a bad word to say about anyone. I didn't keep in touch, except through Facebook, over the years, but I am sure his charm is missed by many and I will always have memories of his smile!
