forever - may still be there but became over aged

I am also in awl of all that other MtL people have accomplished.

As for some info on me. I have had and still have a great and wonderful family. I can say the same of my friends. I have lived the middle class life never becoming rich yet not poor. I have a deep belief in God and all that he does for us. I hope each of you can say the same.I have had the normal ups and downs of life. I have worked for several small companies Sears, AT&T and IBM. However, currently I am a part time chicken sexer as my IRA is not supporting the life style I would like to have. My wife, Connie (class of 62) and I are still married and we may be close to being married longer then many in the class of 60. (married 8/63 )
Some other accomplishment are: I Swam the English channel underwater but no one saw me so I didn't get any credit for it. I still hold the title of King of the wind in the land of Exkos. (take that for what it is worth.) I live in Amish country and drive a horse and buggy. It keeps life very simple but also very smelly.
Also forget the name change as I am no longer allowed to use it as I did not make the grade in the chwmmy clan and I have been banned from using or ever speaking the name forever.

Hi Jim,
I never did stop at the BMW dealer to say hello. I’ve driven past it, but for whatever reason, I just never pulled in.

I don’t remember us really connecting in high school, but there might be a bit of shared history. I grew up on Pennsylvania Blvd — the street Sunset Hills kids had to use (or cross) if they walked to the high school. So, if you ever walked to school, you may have been part of the gang that stole my hat one day. If so, no hard feelings — I survived it.

We may have played in a game of pickup basketball as I also used to come up to Sunset Hills to play some pickup games. Maybe at Curt Zellers’s house, maybe somewhere else — memory gets a little fuzzy after a few decades. I did end up marrying a girl from Sunset Hills, though she was in another class.

Why all this rambling? I saw your name and realized you’re only a few miles from me, and figured it was worth saying hello again after all these years.
I am in a retirement home in New Holland. Using a mobile chair to get around but it fits in well with all the other walkers and canes. If you ever must deliver a car up this way stop in and I’ll pretend I am glad to see you.

it might be a day away from home and you can see how us old people
survive in one of those "places they retire to"
The invite is still alive.
which may not be the case tomorrow.
