Comments:

I'm no longer LDS, but still enjoy socializing with missionary buddies and all things Korean.

Areas Served in:

Pil Dong, Do Bong, and a few others whose names I can't remember.

Companions served with:

Robert Bogdan
Steven Shaw
Troy Cude (I think, he might have just been in my district)
Elder Leivermann (I think)
Elder Shumway (I think)
I don't remember too many of them. I'd have to dig out my journal to remember more.

Which Mission President did you serve under:

President Brent Clement
President David Butler
18 Months

Where do you live now? Where else have you lived? Have you been back to Korea?

Riverton UT (now)
Highland UT
Sierra Vista AZ
Fort Huachuca AZ

Do you still see, talk to or hang out with any former missionaries/companions? If so, Who?

I see Kirk Paxman at least once per month. He served in the Seoul West mission at the same time I served in Seoul. Otherwise, I only see other missionaries at these reunions.

What do you like to do in your spare time? Hobbies?

My family is most important. Beyond that, I (still) enjoy playing D&D and Star Wars RPGs with my friends and family, including my daughters. I also enjoy Magic the Gathering with my old high school buddies. I also sing with the Utah Oratorio Society.

Did you go to college? Which college did you attend? How long? Any degrees?

Graduated from BYU, BS in Computer Science.

Favorite Korean food:

Kimchi and rice, hands down, followed closely by pul kogi.

Favorite Korean memories:

Playing D&D all day on a P-Day, with my entire district, and some visiting friends from Seoul West mission. Very much against the rules, I know, but that's my favorite memory of my mission. We did this a few times, and it was a great break from the backbreaking toil that was proselyting.
