My husband and I are still very busy. He no longer coaches girls' softball, but I'm still a manager. We have a side business, still like to go 4 wheeling(although we don't have much free time), and are very involved in our granddaughters' lives. My son has now gotten his drivers' license and his first (and only, hopefully) speeding ticket. My oldest daughter, Darcie, is a nurse at Falkenburg jail and is planning on going back to school in the near future to get her RN degree. Meghan, #2, has just graduated from USF and is starting the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in June. She wants to be a pediatric dentist. She will be gone for 4 to 5 years. Happily, she got into the SC school because she was also accepted at a school in California, which is way, way too far away. My youngest, Chelsie, will be going into high school next year. (Hillsborough. Sorry, All you Chiefs!!) She is my only daughter left to coach at Roy Haynes, but because of some stuff at the park, we will no longer play there. Hopefully, she can play at another park. She is still a straight A student and also played volleyball and soccer for Memorial. She wants to continue that in high school. My granddaughters no longer live across the street, but I do get them every other weekend. I enjoy them, but find that I don't have as much patience as I used too. Anybody in the same boat??
