30 Year Reunion

13 - 14 September 2013

EXTENDED DEADLINE:  We have extended the deadline to purchase tickets until Friday September 6th.  Anyone wanting to attend after the deadline, you will need to contact D'Ann Harrison Stearns @ squirrel@eagles83.org.

IMPORTANT: Please purchase tickets before 31 August, so we can get a good count on attendees and let the vendors know. Registrations after 31 August must be paid by credit card.

Friday, 13 September - Football

• Tailgate party at 5:00 PM - meet at the far north end of the parking lot for cookies and drinks. Socialize and pick up football tickets (if you purchased them via the reunion committee).

• Homecoming game at 7:30 PM - Abilene High versus Amarillo Tascosa. Gates open at 6:30 PM and pre-game is at 7:00 PM.

• Cost: Tickets via the reunion committee -
  • By credit card - $8.00 + .41 cent processing fee added
  • By check - $8.00 each

Saturday, 14 September -

      Golf Outing

• Location:  Diamondback Golf Club, 1510 E. Industrial Blvd.

• Time:  11:00 AM

• Events:  2-Man Scramble, Long Drive, Closest to the pin contests and MORE!!!

• Cost:  $48.50, which includes round, cart and range balls. (Golf fees to be paid to Diamondback Golf Club)

      The Main Event

• Location:  Willow Creek Event Center, 4357 S. Treadway  Map Link

• Time:  6:30 - 10:30 PM

• Activities: Dinner, dancing, cash bar, door prizes

• Attire: Casual  (wear whatever you want, but please don't dress up like you are going to a formal)

• Cost :
  • By credit card - $50.00 + $2.58 processing fee added
  • By check - $50.00 each

Payment must be in certified funds. (Cashier's check, Money order or CASH). No personal checks will be accepted.

Lodging

We have reserved a block of hotel rooms for the weekend of the reunion at Fairfield Inn & Suites, 3902 Plaza Turner Drive. They have given us a discounted rate of $84 for a king or 2 queens. They offer free hot breakfast. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel at 325-695-2448 or 1-800-228-2800. You will need to ask for the AHS Class of '83 group block.
