CRUISE FAQS:

Q: When and where should I pick up my tickets?

A: Before boarding on the day of the cruise, you may pick up your tickets at the ticket box office located next to the ship. The box office opens 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.

 

Q: What is the dress code?

A: Casual resort attire is fitting. Absolutely no t-shirts, jeans, and athletic shoes.

 

Q: Do I need an ID to board the ship?

A: Yes. All passengers boarding the ship for a Moonlight Cruise must be 21 years of age or older, and present a valid picture ID.

 

Q: When and where do I board the ship?

A: Boarding begins at 11:30 pm at: Otter Berth at Town Point Park, Norfolk. Departure is at 12 am. Spirit Cruises departs promptly at the scheduled time. No exceptions.

 

Q: Can I bring food or beverage on the ship?

A: No food or beverage is allowed onto the ship without prior authorization. The use of illegal or controlled substances on the ship is prohibited.

 

Q: Is smoking permitted on the ship?

A: Yes. Smoking is permitted on the outside decks only.

 

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: No. A predetermined number of seats have been reserved for the reunion and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

 

Q: Directions?

A: You can obtain door-to-door directions from Google Maps. Use the following address: 333 Waterside Drive, Norfolk, VA 23510 as your destination.

 

Q: Where should I park?

A: There is ample parking in both Waterside Garage and Town Point Garage. For your convenience, we recommend parking in Town Point Garage on Main Street and following the Granby Connector walkway to cross Waterside Drive. There will be clearly-marked walkways that lead directly to the Spirit of Norfolk. HOTEL FAQS:

Q: When is check in and check out?

A: Check-in: 4 pm. Checkout: 11 am. Rooms not vacated by 3 pm on the day of departure will incur a full night’s room and tax charge.

 

Q: Where should I park?

A: There is a parking deck attached to the hotel. Self-parking for overnight guests is $20.00 per car per night. Valet parking for overnight guests is available at the rate of $26.00 per car. Both are subject to change without notice. The parking garage accepts cash only as payment.

 

Q: Is there a shuttle service available to the Spirit of Norfolk?

A: No. However, for your convenience, the Spirit of Norfolk is approximately a 2 to 5-minute walk or less from the hotel.
