I joined the Navy in 2001. I was AT boot camp when Sept.11 happened. From Illinois I was sent to California where I met and married my husband (2002). I was trained as a Persian Farsi linguist before living for a stint in Texas and then Georgia. I deployed to the Middle East in 2005 and stayed in Bahrain and the UAE when I wasn't onboard my ship, the USS Monterey. I got out of the Navy in 2006 and have been a stay at home mom ever since.
School Story:

My happy memories surrounding Silver Bluff all begin and end in the band room!
