I have been looking for Jana Herrin, listed among the "missing," off and on, for several years. Thanks to information from Priscilla Peterson Harris, who knew a birth month, a relative's surname, and a first husband's name, we found her. What a sad discovery! Jana was my friend, and so vital!  As her obituary attests, she will live on in the memories of those who knew and loved her.

I remember Jana as a genuinely warm, friendly person. It was always good to see her and spend any time with her, in classes or in a social setting. I pray that her family will find comfort in their memories of their time with her.

I am so sorry to hear of Jana's death.  We were very good friends growing up. I tried to find out about her at the last reunion but nobody had any information. My thoughts are with her family at this time. She was such a sweet person.

I have often thought about Jana, to hear of her passing is so sad. We spent our 8th and 9th grades in the same social circle, she was a wonderful person and as Marilyn says, she will always be in our memories.
