Comments:
I earned a master's and PhD in religious studies from Florida State and worked as an editor at a publishing house for several years. In 1991 I left college teaching for administration and have been doing that ever since. After many years in Colorado we moved to Oregon when I took my current job.
My husband, John Gregory, and I met at FSU where we were both in grad school. We lived together from1973 until his death in 2022, married in 1981.
Our son Alex was born in 1992. He has a BS from University of Oregon in biology, environmental science, and a minor in chemistry. His masters in horticulture is from Oregon State University. He works as a researcher in plant varietals at Washington State University.
I've been called Kate since college.
