I retired from State employment in June of 2018 and now have time to enjoy whatever life has to offer. I have been able to travel and take vacations without worrying about what's waiting for me on my desk. I have become more involved in ACT productions at the Mishler Theater. You can find me behind the Follow Spot or Light Board. I have three grandchildren Nick Wilkes, CALU, Maddie Wilkes, IUP and Emma Wilkes, AAHS Band! Love these kids!

Joe was such a fun, sweet and caring guy. Our careers reconnected us after graduation. We eventually became coworkers until we retired. Joe moved to NY and we tried to keep in touch but life got in the way. My heart goes out to his wife Cheryl. Rest in Peace my friend.
