Comments:

Ok, so here's the best rendition of a "Reader's Digest version" of my life after AHS that I can come up with....Almost immediately after I was finished with high school, I got married and had my beautiful daughter Allison who is my whole heart. Then I got divorced and Allison and I moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico where I went to college at the University of New Mexico. I got married again and moved to Rio Rancho, New Mexico which is just outside of Albuquerque. I worked in investment banking/personal trust for about 2 years and then worked as a contract paralegal in commercial law for almost 6 years after that. After the events on September 11, 2001, I really felt like it was time for me to take a stand and give something back to our country. It was extremely hard to explain this to my family and it was a HUGE sacrifice for them, but I felt extremely moved to contribute in that way, so I did it. After basic training and AIT, I was officially a UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter Crew Chief (MOS 15-T). My unit was 2-4 AVN REGT 4th ID, Fort Hood, Texas, which meant my family relocated to Killeen, Texas. In February 2003, our unit was deployed to Iraq. This was the beginning of Operation Iraqi Freedom and everything was pretty raw over there at that time. We flew all over Iraq and saw some amazing things. We came home in March of 2004. Due to a disability as a result of the war, I separated from the Army that December. Unfortunately, I got divorced...AGAIN. :/ I am currently working on recovery from the disability and have made significant but slow improvements. Now I have a daughter who is leaving for COLLEGE in 2 months!!! :-O I guess that will leave me to start the next chapter of my life! So.....that's me. Can't wait to see everybody at the reunion!

School Story:

My best memories from AHS probably have to be Bel Canto Choir and drama. Doing "Fiddler on the Roof" was a lot of fun! I remember LOTS of parties...probably way too many. :) Polk Street! Medi Park! Wow....
