Iowa girl all my life! Went to Iowa State, moved to the big city of Des Moines, then a small (at the time) rural suburb, Grimes, where I was for over 25 years. Have 2 amazing children and daughter-in-law, Amanda and Matt(Laura), 4 great stepchildren, 3 of whom are married, and have our 5 wonderful grandkids! Worked in banking and insurance industries until 2014, when I took a home-based IT position with a travel company. Then back to banking, working for Wells Fargo, until 4/23! Enjoying our dream home, a 1913 Craftsman/Prairie style that we continue to refurbish in western Iowa! Spend several months of the year at the beach in South Carolina, where we often traveled during my childhood.
