10-Year Reunion

Our 10 year reunion is coming up!  The schedule is as follows:

Thursday, July 17th

Event: Kick off Kegger

Location: Washoe Park (near Duck Pond)

Time:  9:00 pm

Notes:  Sponsored by Kellie (Stone) Sawyer, Allisa Fortner, Melissa (Zimmerman) Hempstead and Laura McGuire.  Will take place between the stadium & the dunk pond.

 

Friday, July 18th

Event: Golfing

Location: Anaconda Country Club

Time: 11:00 am (may be later depending on # golfing)

Notes:  We will golf 9 or 18 depending on what is the preference of the majority.  Golf cart rental is not included in the reunion fee.

 

Event: Official Check-In & Bowling

Location: Cedar Park Lanes

Time: 7:00 pm

Notes:  Registration packet will include 3 drink tickets and 1 bowling ticket per person.

 

Saturday, July 19th

Event:  Free time @ Art In The Park

Location:  Washoe Park

Time:  10:00 am

Notes:  We will be negotiating passes to art in the park for each person.  This time isn’t an organized class event but time for everyone to enjoy the festival and spend time with other family and friends.

 

Event:  Horseshoe Tourney

Location: Club Moderne

Time: 3:00 pm

Notes: We will break off in teams and throw some shoes!  For those that don’t want to throw shoes its an opportunity to hang out with everyone.  There is also a shuffleboard table we should be able to use.

 

 

***A shuttle van will run between the Club Moderne & the Country club every half an hour starting @ 5:00 pm and ending at 6:30 pm to take people to and from our dinner.  For our safety, please use this service if you are planning on drinking.  Depending on volume it will start running back to town around 11:00 pm. 

 

Event:   Dinner & Dancing

Location:  Anaconda Country Club

Time:  6:30 pm

Notes:  We will have a sit down dinner at the country club followed by some good old dancing music!  Depending on turnout, we will have open bar until our deposit runs out.  Drinks will then be available for purchase.  We will also be doing our class picture this night.  This is an adult only event.

 

Sunday, July 20th

Event:  Family Picnic

Location: Washoe Park Pavilion

Time:  11:30 am

Notes:  This is our final event of the weekend.  Please bring your families and enjoy a nice picnic at the park.  We will be serving classic picnic food and will be providing drinks.

 

Fees:  $70 per adult.  (Children are free)

*This fee includes all activities for the weekend.

*Payable to Class of ’98.

 

Deadline: Paid in full by July 1, 2008.
