Alyeska Story:

Some habits are hard to break!! Weeks ago I went hunting for moose and caribou. We chose to float the Gulkana River. At one point we rounded a bend and spotted a caribou swimming across the river. Once on the bank it was standing broadside less than 100 yards. Crosshairs fixed and the taste of caribou stew already tickling my thoughts. I didn't shoot!! It was at the Gulkana River crossing and the pipeline bridge was only yards beyond the bou, albeit well above. Easy shot but all I could think about was 'what if' and "former Alyeska employee..." headlined in the news. No caribou yet this year but I did get a good story that sparked memories of time past.

Still using those old golf clubs you sold me for an exorbitant amount and they still are not very accurate.

Larry, I haven't posted in a while but read most everything. Thank you for all you're effort. I'm updating some photos in my profile but they are loading inverted. Has anyone else had that issue? Apparently just the profile downloads? This is my new best friend Snicker surveying the view in Las Cruzes
