Comments:
After high school I moved away to Napa Valley. I went to the Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena and graduated from the Baking and Pastry Arts Program. I moved back and worked in fine dining around Arcata/Eureka (slightly limiting). I am now a high school teacher if you can believe that. I teach Culinary Arts. I own a catering business called Verbena with my husband. I am a wedding/specialty cake maker and I am also still a pastry chef in the summer months for Folie Douce and sometimes F St Cafe.
