I went to Bradley in Peoria to obtain my elementary teaching degree. I have taught kindergarten, second grade, and fourth grade. Five of those six years were in an ELL (English Language Learner) classroom, which I love. I am currently teaching fourth grade.

I got married in 2007 to my husband who does a great job of putting up with me. :) We bought a house (quite a fixer-upper) and have been tearing it out to remodel, room by room. Now I know how to install drywall, electrical, and all of the other crazy things that go into building a house.
