Jennifer Blomquist Gidley

Life is so crazy these days I'm filling this out at 3 am! ... that's about the only time of day when things are quiet around here. We have six children - including two sets of twins! They're awesome... but also keep us very busy! After graduating from Prospect H.S., I earned my bachelor's and master's degrees in journalism from Northwestern University. I spent 12 years doing the morning show at the local ABC affiliate here in Fort Wayne before stepping down to be a stay-at-home mom. I still freelance a lot... doing on-air work as well as writing for some local magazines. I'm sure someday I'll go back full-time... like when we're trying to put six children through college!

I always think about Sister Carmel and how much fun we had in her class - and how much I loved it when she asked me to clean the erasers! Remember that really loud machine we used to get the job done? I wonder if any schools even use those any more! :)

I love to dance crazy with the kids to top 40 songs - they love it and can't stop laughing! I'm a horrible dancer, so that makes it even more fun!
