Wasn’t sure; ended up being a social worker.

What have you always wanted to do, but have not yet done? (Can be work related or something else.)

Gone on a safari

What do you consider one of the high points in your life?

Traveling in Europe.

What do you do in your spare time? What hobbies do you have?

Visit the elderly (through a county program), happy hours with friends, movies (my son is a film critic), reading, theater.

Are you a beach, mountains or something else vacationer? What is your favorite spot and why?

Beach person; we love Hilton Head

What would you do differently if you were able to go back to your time at W-L?

I wouldn’t have been so shy.

Did you have a secret crush in high school?

Yes!

What were your favorite things to do, places to go, people to hang out with when your were at W-L?

Favorite person to hang out with was Tish Puryear (we were joined at the hip). Loved going to Georgetown (the Cellar Doir, the Tombs).

Have you ever been on TV? What were the circumstances that got you on TV?

Played a toy piano on TV when I was in second grade.

What famous people have you met? What were the circumstance of your being able to meet them?

Lots of Broadway stars, after the shows (my son lives in NYC and we like theater), not that any of them would remember me.

Have you ever sung Karaoke? What did you sing? How was that experience?

No

What is the best part of your day?

I’m a night owl, so, evening and night.

Are there any words of wisdom you would like to share with us?

I know this is banal, but, enjoy every moment and let people know how you feel about them.

Happy Birthday, Debbie! I’m sorry I wasn’t able to attend the reunion but I have enjoyed reading and hearing about it. We should get together sometime and talk about old times (we go back to Woodmont together). Do you remember our “horse club” that you started back in elementary school?
