Crazy time its been!! 20 years? Are we getting old?
Well, I attended SIU-Carbondale and graduated in 1992. I meet my husband, Keith, at SIU in 1990. I moved to Vail, Co in 1993 with Keith, and we do as much as possible in the outdoors. We ski, snowmobile, cross county ski, fish, hike---pretty much if it is outside sun, snow, or rain, we are in it.
We married in 1998, and in 1999 we moved even farther north to Red Lodge, MT. Awesome!!! Loved it!!! Visited Alaska for 5 great weeks and almost moved to Alaska, but unexpected circumstances lead to our brief move back to Petersburg, IL in 2003. I enjoyed being back with the family and in-laws and, of course, old friends.
My husband couldn't handle living back in IL, so in 2007 we moved back to Vail, Colorado!! We missed good friends and good outdoor time. We both got our old jobs back in the Vail Valley. Surprising, no one else had moved that much in the 7 years we left Vail?!!
Love my job, love my life, and really love my 360 degree views of the mountains everyday.
