Kimberly Cutting Tyskiewicz

After graduation I took a circuitous route that included living three years in Mexico, marrying and having four kids, divorcing and then meeting my amazing husband in 2018. Together we have six kids, three significant others of our kids and four granddaughters.

I got my BA in Spanish & Integrated Studies, my MS in Secondary Education, my Doctorate in Educational Administration. I have two professional administrative programs completed as well and have been in education since 1995.

In 2014 I weighed 345 pounds and embarked on a natural weight lose journey and will complete 10 years of sustained change this August. I lost 180 pounds overall, I found out I have the BRCA2 gene and had the preventive surgeries that accompany that discovery. I found myself in a terrible situation in which I fell down the stairs and tore my bicep off and tore my rotator cup. I then had six surgeries in 15 months and found myself with 13 feet of large scars. In the process of taking my life and body back from the clutches of fate I chose to have 75 hours of tattoos that encompass a four-foot long dragon who is pregnant with the symbols of my life and they spew out of her mouth.
