I have been doing lots of things since highschool. One thing is I got married when I was 18. I was married for 10 years & have 2 beautiful (handsome I guess is the correct word now) boys. 1 just turned 19 & the other is 14 (he just started HS today--can't believe it). I was divorced in 2000 and have pretty much devoted my life to my 2 boys & to my job. I work at a really great company & I most do alot of QA work & beta testing. For those of you who don't know what 'beta testing' is.....its testing new software that our programmers have developed. I seem to have an eye for details & this ability has helped me so much at this job. I can't say that I love my job, but I don't hate it & I actually HAVE a job right now so I am so incredibly thankful since so many people are currently out of work. Other than working and spending time with my boys, I hang out alot with my sister, her husband & my new (3 months old) nephew! I love that baby like he was my own! He has brought a happiness to my family that I didn't know was possible. Unfortunately I lost my father in 9/2001, my mother in 6/2003, & my brother in 11/2008. My sister & I are the only blood related family I have left in my immediate family so we are really trying to pull things together for our kids & doing the best we can. We are busy now trying to develop traditions. I grew up with certain traditions that were so important to me & that's what my sister & I want for my nephew. I don't think my boys 'care' about that too much right now but maybe once they are out of their teenage years, they will see the importance of traditions & family. So, while I have been quite busy over the past 20+ years, my life hasn't been nearly as exciting as many of the lives of my classmates, but life is going OK for now & that's about all I can ask for, right?
